Successful people take care of the small things and in turn the big things are sorted out. They are concerned about the details……nothing is too small not to be important. I think of God and creation….God took care of the details…even the small things he worked on them to perfection.
Lets be real….many of us are attracted to the big things because they stand out. We want to do great things for God….big things….we want a big business…a great marriage…. a big ministry and the list goes on.
The thing that many of us overlook is that it’s the many small things that ultimately become the big things and so if you neglect the small things you will end up with a big neglected thing.
I have seen people get promoted because they have been diligent and consistent with the little things only for them to get to the big office and sadly they forget it’s the small things that took them there so they start neglecting them.
How many times in our nation have we seen buildings under construction come tumbling down simply because some contractor neglected to pay close attention to the small things? Even in our walk with God, we tend to look at the big sins.
Since I am not a murderer, or I have not robbed a bank or taken off with someone’s wife then I guess I am a good person. But what about the seemingly small things that others may not see?
Like the hatred in my heart towards my brother, or the time I steal from my employer when I do my own things on his time, or the lustful desires in my heart when I look at the girl down the street?
Before you desire to do great things for God, how are you fairing with the small things……the little things that many people take for granted, the little things that many are not quick to see. Are you faithful in those?

Those are days devil confined my thinking to Blessings=Money.. Today I’m not that rich but I know blessings are not money but they bring money. So long as it comes from your heart, even giving your two minutes of service to that needy fellow is giving. Today I purpose to give not because i have but because i really NEED. As we give, offer what you can smile while receiving. I saw a giver giving to a point of Driving a new car, as well I saw a beggar begging to a point of begging in a new style. I always take giving from a perspective that we usually give out poverty. The much I give, the less poverty i retain.
